I have used TaskClone while at three different companies and it's the best and only tool to connect the notes I take in Evernote with the actions I want to track in Asana. We are a Google Workspace organization and I lead and manage multiple teams in a low-tech-by-design educational setting.  I have built out all my personal systems in Todoist, but have been manually carrying over integrated Google Docs tasks into Todoist, sometimes with tasks slipping through the cracks.  TaskClone automates the workflow so regardless of how busy I am and engrossed in the dozens of meeting agenda minutes Google Docs, either I, or any of my colleagues and staff can tag me directly in an action item for it to fold into my personal organization system of choice.

I use Notion documents for meeting notes. Tasks in the protocol now automatically appear in my linked Todoist. No matter whether I process the task here or there, the checkmarks are set in both tools. This way, I can keep track of the implementation of the meeting in Notion and all of tasks across different projects in Todoist. My head remains free for important activities, instead of manually maintaining the lists.
