I used Taskade to organize a content calendar and my weekly meals as the Chef agent. I started by creating a new workspace and generating a task list organized by hierarchy, detailing each phase of the writing process. After that, I used the board view to see the pending items compared to the completed ones at a glance. I tested the AI assistant's capabilities by asking it to generate three ideas for a new post, and the agent inserted the proposals directly as subtasks into my list. As for the recipes, the chef created a menu based on a series of guidelines I gave it, and it generated a menu tailored to what I had at home. It has already given me new ideas for next week too.

What I liked most about Taskade and what could be improved

· What I liked most: Directly integrating the video calling system within the task manager itself eliminates the need to rely on external apps to coordinate urgent meetings with the team.

· What could be improved: When you activate multiple AI agents and chat panels at the same time, the screen can be somewhat overwhelming if you are used to using more traditional and minimalist to-do lists. To add to that, you need the paid version to do practically anything.
