Nicola leads the strategic direction of Tanker Creative, overseeing brand, digital and marketing partnerships across the Arts & Creative industries and Tourism & Hospitality sectors.
With more than two decades of experience, she works closely with clients to align positioning, digital systems and long-term growth strategy: ensuring clarity, consistency and measurable progress.
Alongside her creative practice, Nicola serves as Co-Chair of Depot Artspace in Te Hau Kapua Devonport, contributing to governance, strategic planning and the development of long-term creative infrastructure.
Studio Operations and Client Support
Tāmaki Makaurau
Su supports Tanker’s studio systems and workflow, ensuring projects move smoothly from strategy through to delivery. With a background in Arts Management and postgraduate study at Elam and AUT, she brings strong organisational insight and a practical understanding of creative practice.
Alongside her role at Tanker, Su maintains an established visual art practice, exploring the inter-worlds of materiality and imagination.
