Ellie, Belle of all Trades

I'm Ellie or Tangles. I live in Bennettsville, South Carolina, and I am very proud of being Southern. I also love the fact that I am of Irish and I would pick up and move to Ireland in a heartbeat. (It's so beautiful there!) I live in a small town that has nothing but grocery stores, gas stations, and fast food places. It's so small, you can probably yell down the by-pass and the whole damn town will hear you. I actually enjoy living out in the country, though. I'm not one for lots of traffic and tons of people.

I'm a stay-at-home mother to my two boys, Jonathan and Brandon. I also take care of my disabled mother full time. I've been married to my husband, DJ, since July 25th, 2008. Since we've been dating I've also considered DJ's son, Damian, my son as well. He lives with his mother, and we get him every other weekend. We have a close knit family that enjoys being around each and hardly anyone else, lol.

I love to bake and I'm teaching myself how to make decorations out of various icings and learning new techniques. I love to read, and I make websites for various people/businesses. I want to go back to school and get a degree in Web Design or possibly Nursing, not to mention taking a Wilton cake decorating class sometime or another. Halloween is my favorite holiday, followed by Christmas, St. Patrick's Day, and the 4th of July. I have a fondness for older people and the smell of rain is so relaxing.

This journal is Friends Only. I add new people that I think I'll get along with, but most of my entries are filled with bad language, rants, political views, my wild opinions, and many questions to my beloved friends page. ;) I'm a Democrat and damn proud of it. Yes, I like memes and I have been known to make pointless posts. Oh, and I use an insane amount of smilies, lol. I'm also the mod and maintainer at
