TAMS Quality is an innovative solution designed to streamline the process of Quality Inspections, Employee Performance Evaluations, Corrective Action initiation, and Preventive Action implementation within facilities. Key Features: - Flexible customization options for Inspection Profiles. - Configurable Inspection Process to meet unique needs. - Ability to inspect and evaluate a wide range of facility services, including Custodial, Landscaping, Safety, Contract Compliance, and more. - Embedded Corrective Action and Preventive Action processes for efficient resolution. - Photo documentation to support inspection results. - QR Code and Barcode scanning capabilities. - GPS Coordinate tracking to enhance accuracy. Access to the application requires your Company Website Name (in TAMS) and Facility Activation Code. This information can be obtained by a Master Admin User logging into TAMS and navigating to the Settings Menu. The Facility Activation Code can be located by clicking the "Facility Site" link on the right-hand side of the screen near the bottom. To use the application, your TAMS User Name and Password must be entered once it has been downloaded to your Apple device.
