Start with these basic steps. Make sure both the keyboard and the speaker are powered on and charged. Check that the volume on the speaker is turned up. Confirm the keyboard and speaker are within Bluetooth range. Try turning both units off and on again to reset the connection. If you are using batteries, try switching to the included AC adaptor.
