🦕 MEET ANKYLOSAURUS - THE ARMORED TANK
Ankylosaurus, meaning "fused lizard," was a 6-meter-long, 6-ton armored dinosaur from the Late Cretaceous Period (68-66 million years ago). Its entire body was covered with thick, bony plates called osteoderms, and it wielded a massive bone club tail that could shatter the legs of a T-Rex! This incredible defensive adaptation made Ankylosaurus virtually invulnerable to predator attacks.
