TAE Technologies appoints Jeff Woodbury as President and COO to lead commercial operations as the fusion energy company advances construction of its first utility-scale fusion power plant.

The joint venture from TAE Technologies and the UK Atomic Energy Authority, focused on commercializing particle accelerator technology for fusion and non-fusion applications, is now fully funded and formally established in the UK.

The tour included visits to Alabama, Ohio and Texas, where meetings and on-site evaluations addressed a range of factors relevant to deployment, including infrastructure readiness, grid connectivity, land access, workforce availability, transportation access, state and local incentives, and long-term development potential.
