Visualizations are hosted in the cloud, are publicly accessible, and can be embedded in websites or shared via links and social media. The platform’s strengths include polished interactivity, quick iteration, and a vibrant community gallery for inspiration and learning. Important limitation: all published work is public, so it isn’t suitable for private or sensitive data. Data connectors are more limited than in paid Tableau products, and content is stored online rather than locally.
