Follow Turnstone’s coverage of the 2026 MK Battery Conference Cup Series, hosted June 25–28 at the Plassman Athletic Center at Turnstone in Fort Wayne, Indiana. This Power Soccer Nationals hub includes schedules, livestream links, video replays, live results, match previews, team updates and recaps for the Turnstone Flyers Premier Conference team and the Turnstone Furious Flyers Founders Conference team. The tournament features power soccer teams from across the United States competing in the Premier, Champions, Presidents and Founders divisions, along with Non-Conference and Recreational teams. Turnstone’s Premier team enters Nationals ranked No. 7 in the Premier Conference power rankings, while the Furious Flyers enter ranked No. 5 in the Founders Conference. Fans can use this page to follow Turnstone’s pool play matchups, season recaps, player stats, opponent previews, jersey information, livestream coverage and updated results throughout the national tournament.
The 2026 IBSA Goalball World Championships brought together 16 men's and 16 women's national teams in Hangzhou, China, as athletes competed for world titles and valuable experience on the road to the LA28 Paralympic Games. For the Turnstone community, the tournament featured Turnstone Accounting Assistant and six-time Paralympian Lisa Czechowski on the USA Women's National Team and Huntington native Zach Buhler on the USA Men's National Team. Team USA Women advanced to the semifinals and ultimately finished 4th in the world with a 2-3-1 record. The Americans earned victories over Argentina and Japan, highlighted by a quarterfinal win against Japan to secure a top-four finish. Asya Miller led the team with 11 goals, while Eliana Mason Young added 9 and Amanda Dennis contributed 6. Team USA Men finished 8th in the world with a 2-4 record after advancing out of pool play and reaching the quarterfinals. The Americans recorded victories over Israel and Germany before competing in placement matches against Argentina and Ukraine. Josh Wellborn paced the offense with 21 goals, while Calahan Young added 15. Throughout the championship, both teams showcased the skill, resilience, and determination that continue to make Team USA a respected force in international goalball competition.
Turnstone athletes Owen Donahue, Charlie Lettenberger, and Gerard Willis represented the organization at the 2026 GLASA Great Lakes Games in Wilmette, Illinois. Donahue earned a silver medal in the BC3 boccia division after posting a 2-2 record, while Lettenberger captured silver in the BC4/5 division. Willis competed in Para Powerlifting, successfully lifting 150 pounds in the Legends 97 kg weight class. The event brought together developmental through elite Paralympic athletes from across the region, showcasing the talent and dedication of adaptive athletes in a variety of sports.
