The sysTPL.exe application is used by Gate Firewall. Without this component, the application will have problems starting. If you have it installed in your computer, go to Start > Run > msconfig and switch to the Startup tab. You will see it listed as a Gate Firewall startup application. When you install Gate Firewall, the application should be removed from your computer.
