After stewing on the Lost finale for a few days (3 seasons in two weeks resolution, kinda, and no waiting) I have reached a fanwank I'm happy-ish with.

The flashes in season 6 obviously can't be an alternative reality that doesn't work but I became too invested with some of the stories to dismiss them totally as the Losties just working out issues before moving on with their afterlife. Therefore imo the flashes were Lostie heaven, it wasn't perfect but for the majority of characters their lives were better or were exactly what they needed them to be in order to understand themselves and their life choices.

They only recovered their memories and congregated en masse when it was time to help just dead Jack accept his death. It's something they do every time one of them dies.

Time has been weird on the show since season 4 so imo Jack in the flashes was still dead Jack in heaven but we saw him there after his death, the one we didn't see until the finale. After the final white light the Losties returned to their individual but interacting heavens and carried on without those memories. Shipper wise that means the couples can still meet and fall in love, like James/Juliet and Charlie/Claire, but only when the time is right so Kate/Jack will happen but probably not until she dealt with her legal troubles. 

There are flaws in my wank I agree but still it's better than the WTH!?! reaction I've been having since I watched the last episode.      

Tess and Chloe should open a supers detective agency and have awesome adventures together, be the SV version of Oracle/Huntress. It would be a show to rival even Offsceenville's brilliance. In other words Smallville still sucks and watching it without the mega cuteness of Chloe/Oliver to distract me is painful. 

Watched this week's BBT again (evil Will Wheaton is hot) and despite my apathy towards Leonard and Penny I found their split very realistic and touching. I hate the Gunthering of Stuart and find it very hard to watch but I will always have the suspension bridge joke to remember him by. Of course the return of Wheaton makes me want season 4 of The Guild to be here already Codex/Fawkes FTW! That was one humdinger of cliffhanger and I miss my gamer geeks.

Chloe/Oliver are the cutest couple in the world mythos smythos, haters bite me. Grumbling over 4 lousy minutes of screen time is just pathetic.

And speaking of comics; If Hope isn't a Jean clone or some sort of phoenix fragment I'll go out buy a hat and eat it.

Cinderella's Unni episodes 1-4

The romance side hasn't pulled me in yet, I think it's cute but I'm not invested what has pulled me in however is the sisters. Eun Jo and Hyo Sun are a fascinating look at throwing together two teenage girls with very different upbringings and personalities and telling them they're now sisters.

Personal Taste   

Is watchable with liberal use of the fastforward button which doesn't bode well for future watchability. PT is Min-Ho's last chance with me but the drama is making it hard to judge him separately without him being coloured by drama tropes I hate.

I'm annoyed with myself, what I can't accept in every other entertainment form (incest/harems/plot stupidity etc) I'm a sucker for when it comes to manga and by extension US!Manga.

I couldn't finish Twilight, I found the movies no worse or any better than the average chick flick but this this I can see myself falling for hard. Just look at that pretty art and the emotions on the second panel.

My day is off to a very good start.

1)Lee Min Ho has finally decided to a decent days work and chosen a new project.

2)The new project is the (not)gay roommate one that was going reunite Yoon Eun Hye and Joo Ji Hoon!

I've been waiting for Min-Ho to stop flogging donuts and smegging act! I need to decide once and for all if he gets to be written off like many of his co-stars from BOF or if he deserves even half his hype. Personal Taste, the name of the roommate drama, has the type of storyline I would be interested in regardless of who it cast so I can't wait for more information to be released. My main worry is that the female lead will be extremely stupid/naive/spineless, I've had my full of this character type no matter what gender.

Min-Ho's character sounds a bit like Takano Buchou from Hotaru No Hikari, one of my favourite JDramas.

I'm all caught up with The Big Bang Theory (mixed feelings generally but as always S/P shined, the writers aren't even trying with L/P any more) and HIMYM (meh sums up my feelings so far this season and quiet rage with TPTB is still raging). No Supernatural to catch up on :-( I'm Dean/Castiel fic bound to make myself feel better on that front.

My unexpected hiatus gave me a chance to rewatch Firefly, something I've been meaning to do for a while now, and while it remains awesome I could watch Heart of Gold and Ariel forever and ever my shipper balloon did get popped. It's taken years but I've come to agree with the TWOP majority Kaylee/Simon wont last much beyond the honeymoon stage, sicken but true.

What's this vampires who don't sparkle?

I'm conflicted on this one, from the trailer Daybreakers doesn't look like anything special (although a vamp drinking blood from a coffee takeout cup is so wrong it's right) bog-standard vampire fare but towards the end they are playing one of my favourite emo songs.

Get him to swap our places...
