Sworkit

Sworkit is an exercise app that lets you create your own routines for those days when you can't make it to the gym. It's a practical tool if you're physically active and don't want to miss a single day of training.

From the Sworkit interface, you can easily choose what kind of routine you want to do. There are a few preset ones you can select with just a few taps on the screen, but you can also create your own routine from scratch.

Once you start a routine, it's very easy to use: you'll see the name and an image of the exercise, plus the amount of time you should do it. Once the time is up, the app will automatically change to the next exercise. At the end of the whole routine, Sworkit will show you your results.

Although it's not strictly necessary, Sworkit also lets you download and watch videos of the workouts. With this feature, you'll have visual support when exercising at home.

Sworkit is a very useful tool if you're active and don't want to miss even a single day of training. With it on your Android, you'll always have a personal trainer willing to work out with you, no matter your needs.
