SutiHR’s mobile app allows employees, managers and HR Administrators to seamlessly perform their HR activities on the go. Employees can easily access their work-related information and keep up with daily tasks anywhere, any time. The mobile application is designed with a user-friendly interface, making it simple and intuitive for anyone to use. Features: Clock In/Out Users can easily clock in and out right from their smartphone with a single touch. The geofencing feature enables employees to clock in and out from various work locations. Time Off The mobile app simplifies the process for employees to request time off and keep track of their time-off balances. Managers can review the details of their employees' time-off requests before approving or rejecting them. Timesheets Employees can fill out timesheets and submit them for approval. The mobile app streamlines the process for managers to review and make edits to the entries on the go. Team Time Off Calendar It gives a clear view of who’s currently out and who has time off coming up, which makes it easy for managers to properly distribute work among the team members. Shift Scheduling The Shift Scheduling feature helps employees manage their work schedules while on the move. Managers can also view the attendance status of employees for each shift and receive notifications if employees fail to clock in or out as scheduled. Address Book The built-in Address Book provides quick access to essential contact information for all individuals within the organization. Announcements Users can easily view the list of announcements published by the HR Administrator in your organization. Birthdays Quickly view the birthdays of your colleagues and wish them on their birthday. Holidays It displays the list of holidays declared by your organization for the current year. Resumes View all the resumes submitted by the candidates and created through the Recruitment module. You can shortlist or reject new resumes and schedule interview for the shortlisted candidates. Performance Reviews Users can access all their performance reviews, including current, overdue, and completed ones. Whether you are a reviewer, manager, or peer, you can conveniently view the reviews that require your feedback and complete them on the go. Goals Easily create new goals and add KPIs or metrics . You can view all the goals assigned to you and update the Goal and KPI/metric details. COVID Submit your vaccination status and COVID test details within a few clicks. These details will be added to your personal record. Push Notifications Push notifications help keep employees informed, engaged, and updated on their shift timings, time off requests, company announcements, and performance reviews. User Settings Users can access their personal and contact details. Business Unit Switching Users can switch between multiple business units if required. Supports Spanish Language Users can set the mobile application’s language to Spanish when needed.
