To place an order on Surplus-GY, you need to follow the steps below:
Browse or search for products on the platform.
Add your chosen items to your cart.
When you’re ready, go to your cart and choose to either check out as a guest or create a customer account.
Fill in all delivery details, including your name, contact details, and address.
Select your payment method (online payment or MMG).
Confirm your order.
After placing your order, you will receive updates via email or SMS. You can also log into your Surplus-GY account to check your order status in real time.
If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or defective item, please contact Surplus-GY Customer Support within 48 hours. Our team will help you with the return or exchange process.
Refunds usually take 5 to 10 days based on Stripe's processing rules. After the refund is processed, you will be notified by email.
Delivery times depend on vendor location and product availability. Most orders arrive within 1 to 3 business days. You will receive updates when your order is accepted and out for delivery.
We provide delivery services throughout Georgetown and nearby areas. Additional regions will be included as we expand our logistics network.
Once you have successfully placed an order, you will get a confirmation receipt at your registered email address. The vendor will update the order status, and you can track it through your account or via the emails that will be sent to you.
If a vendor cancels your order due to stock unavailability, you will be notified immediately. Any payments made will be refunded to your original payment method.
