We can provide a secure web donation portal for your charity to facilitate taking a card payment during business hours. We can also provide fully-trained agents, if required.

We are also able to run new payment requests through our fraud prevention measures to minimise both fraudulent transactions and any charge backs.

Your charity would have 24/7 access to a secure payment portal to check on the volume of processed transactions to date.

Automated Donations

Supported Giving through its associated company Inveroak has a long history of providing automated / IVR, (Interactive Voice Recognition) solutions for clients, where our developers can create customised flows on our IVR platforms, to enable automated payments to be taken, (removing the need for a live operator).

The donor is asked a series of questions, where their data is then securely captured in fields for real time processing. (We can even provide the access telephone numbers, from free phone to national rate numbers.)

As with donations taken by Live Agent, (above), we then would process these donations through our Merchant Payment gateway and promptly remit the donation totals to the charity.

The charity can at any time, access their portal and see in real time the status of card payments from their donors.
