Knewio Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions

Welcome to the Knewio Affiliate Program! By participating in this program, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions:

1. Overview:
The Knewio Affiliate Program allows individuals to earn monetary rewards by referring teachers to our platform. Referrers will receive a portion of Knewio’s earnings from the referred teacher’s transactions.

2. Eligibility:
The Knewio Affiliate Program allows individuals to earn monetary rewards by referring teachers to our platform. Referrers will receive a portion of Knewio’s earnings from the referred teacher’s transactions.

3. Referral Process:

Referrers will be provided with a unique referral code to share with potential teachers.
When a new teacher signs up using the referral code, they must email Knewio the provided code to qualify for the discounted commission rate.
Upon verification of the referral code, the referred teacher will receive a discounted commission rate of 10% on their earnings.
The referrer will receive 50% of Knewio’s earnings from the referred teacher’s transactions.

4. Commissions:

Knewio retains 20% of the referred teacher’s earnings for platform maintenance and operation.
In the event of a referral, Knewio’s commission rate will be reduced to 10% for the referred teacher’s transactions.
Referrers will receive 50% of Knewio’s earnings from the referred teacher’s transactions.
For example, if the referred teacher earns £100 on the platform, Knewio’s commission at a reduced rate of 10% would be £10. Out of this, £5 will be allocated to the referrer.
Earnings will be shared with the referrer for a duration of 6 months from the date of sign-up of the referred teacher. After this period, no further commissions will be accrued for the referrer.

5. Payment:

Commissions earned through the Affiliate Program will be paid out to referrers via the preferred payment method specified by the referrer.
Payments will be made within 30 days after the referred teacher’s transactions have been processed.

6. Prohibited Activities:

Participants in the Affiliate Program may not engage in any activity that violates Knewio’s terms of service or policies.
Fraudulent or misleading referrals will result in immediate termination from the Affiliate Program and forfeiture of any accrued commissions.

7. Modification and Termination:

Knewio reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Affiliate Program at any time without prior notice.
Participants will be notified of any changes to the terms and conditions of the Affiliate Program.

8. Governing Law:

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the Affiliate Program shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

By participating in the Knewio Affiliate Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms and conditions. Knewio reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without notice. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically for any changes. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not participate in the Affiliate Program.
