I have a problem with Support Center ver 2.1.10 for NP900X3C. The support agent stopped working requiring Windows to close the program. I have uninstalled the program and installed again via SWupdate and the problem persists. My operating system is Windows 8. Any suggestions on how to overcome this issue?

This laptop does not have its software released for Windows 8 operating system which in this case means that you will receive errors due to compatibility problems. Windows 7 (32 and 64bit) and Windows XP are the official supported versions at this point.
