Super Sleep is a small, free and powerful program that will make sure your monitor stays asleep until you decide to wake it up. It is known that various applications or system settings, even wrong placement of USB ‘jumpers’ in the motherboard, may force a monitor to exit power-save mode. The default Super Sleep hotkeys are Ctrl F9 to activate power options, and Ctrl F10 to wake up the monitor. You can change both of these shortcut keys whenever you want, by right clicking the program’s system tray icon.
