Super Arcade is a MAME emulator that, in addition to providing you with an emulator ready to play any arcade ROM that you present to it, includes a type of store where you can download and run ROMs directly.
From this virtual ROM store (they're all free) you can download by just pressing a game's title on the screen. Some of your options include Contra, Cadillacs and Dinosaurs, Metal Slug, Street Fighter II, and Fatal Fury. All of them are perfectly optimized for Android, so you won't have to configure anything.
Like all Android emulators, the virtual controls are well-adapted for touchscreen use. You can 'insert coins' with just a button and won't have any trouble playing with the virtual joystick.
