For example:
The full Moon - Rises at sunset , is high in the sky at midnight, and sets at sunrise.
First Quarter moon - Rises at Noon, is high in the sky at sunset and sets at Midnight.
Last Quarter moon - Rises in Midnight, is in the sky at sunrise and sets at noon.
So if the moon is full and between Rise and high in the sky (6 hours) - the hour will be around 21:00.
Guessing the time this way is fun, but please note it will not be completely accurate.
You should take your time zone into consideration, as well as the daylight savings time offset in your area.
