I've spent most of the night going through all of the posts on this community and the main journal, cleaning out old posts, spam comments, and editing posts so that they are up to date. I know right now this community is pretty, but I hope there are still some people around. If not, well at least I'll feel better about finally getting rid of all those spam comments.

Speaking of spam: there's no real way of getting rid of it completely, but I'm hoping to stay on top of it this time. I think I got all or most of it tonight, but if you see any, just let me know in the Mod Post. There is a very distinct possibility that a few legitimate comments were accidentally deleted in the process, so if you've found that has happened, I apologize immensely and feel free to repost it.

Both posts for Round Six are still open and active. The only difference now is that Spoilers for Season Three are in the Round Six Spoiler Post. There are no spoilers allowed in the Round Six Spoiler Free Post.

I'm hoping to post some community pimping posts within the next few days (the joys of being unemployed) in an effort to revive this community. If you have any ideas for future endeavors, feel free to leave them here.

Thank you guys for making this such a great place so far and even if it never gets back to it's previous glory, it's been a hell of a ride.

1. First things first: ROUND FIVE IS CLOSED!!! This will give us a chance to hopefully catch up on archiving and to prepare for Round Six and the premiere on Thursday.

2. Speaking of Round Six, there will be TWO posts. One will be spoiler friendly and the other will be spoiler free. Anything with spoilers for any Season Two episodes will have to go in the Spoiler Prompt Post. Anything else (general prompts, Season 1 prompts, etc) can go in the Spoiler Free Prompt Post.

2a. Spoilers are being defined as anything from an aired episode up to a week. For example, anything that airs in the premiere will be a spoiler until 2x02. With two prompt posts, I don't forsee this being a problem. Despite this definition, any Season Two spoilers MUST go in the Spoiler Prompt Post.

If there are any questions about anything having to do with the two posts, spoilers, or the new round, please let us know now.

3. We put this up to a vote a few weeks ago and even though there were not many voters, the mods have decided to change the way we are archiving for Round Six. Because of the lack of Delicious volunteers, it has grown increasingly difficult to keep up with archiving all the prompts. (rories says: this is basically all my fault because I have terrible focus and doing it on my own was a recipe for disaster and I got super behind and super overwhelmed.)

So, until we can finish archiving Round Five, both the Spoiler and Non Spoiler Round Six Prompt Posts will be archived via comments, much like here.

3a. We could really, really, (really x5) use volunteers to help with archiving Delicious. If we can't find at least 3-4 people to help, we'll only be archiving filled prompts there until we do get more volunteers. I know it seems like a big job (trust me, I am like twenty pages behind and I cry when I look at it), but with 5+ people taking four comment pages, we can get it done likethat. So if you have the time/energy/etc to help, please please please let rories know ASAP.

So, to recap: Round Five is closed, Round Six will open on Thursday (afternoon-ish I am hoping), there will be a Spoiler post and a Spoiler Free post, archiving is changing only for Round Six right now, and we need help with Delicious.

If you feel like we are doing the worst job of any kinkmeme mods ever, don't be afraid to tell us.
