1.Duplicate the layer then go to hue saturation lightness, and set the saturation at -41 lightness 2 then create a new layer, and fill it with #00808, set that color to exclusion 66 then set duplicate layer to soft light. then merge all flatten.
2. Now to add texts, go to the pen tool and draw a curve, on her cheek, it doesn't have to be prefect curve, I had do mine acouple of times, for my likeing, anyways take #E19187 and paste it onto matrial background fill, the second one down from the top, now you have that color now make sure the foreground stroke is the color white, now go to text and make sure your strokes on 1, I'm use 20thcentury front, and size is 14, then make sure your 'create as' which located by the bold A, is floating, now move your cursor on the pen line untile it show an 'A' now click on the A when it appears and write Smile, in the text boxs.
Now once your done with that, deselect the floating by ctrl+d, then your allowed to delete the pen line vector, now move the smile text by her mouth, and set the promoted layer to mulitply 52, and duplicate the promoted layer to hardlight 86, then duplicate the promoted layer agian, and set to softlight 42, then merge all flatten :D

Then add this border [IMG]http://i47.photobucket.com/albums/f157/Capture_moment/Borderbox.jpg[/IMG] and set it too screen 76 then you done! hope I explained well enough!
