Who is behind Subvert?
The Subvert team brings together experience in platform cooperatives, music industry expertise, and specialists in cooperative law and platform economics.
The initial Board of Directors includes: Austin Robey, Sean Adams, and Izzy Ocampo.
In June 2025, we elected 3 additional new Board Members: (Hannah Lee Benson - Artist Representative (Bogotá), Freya Yamamoto - Label Representative (San Francisco), and Nick Austin - Supporter Representative (Toronto)
