*General Comments are reviewed on a daily basis Monday through Friday. Please keep in mind that many of our stores are franchised locations, and we will pass along this information to the store owners.

*Catering Requests are reviewed on a daily basis Monday through Friday; however, we request that you submit any inquiries at least a week prior to your event.

*Donation Requests are reviewed on a weekly basis, and all donation requests must be submitted at least four weeks prior to your event. At this time, due to the number of requests we receive, we are unable to accept requests by phone or mail. Please understand that priority will be given to charitable organizations that fit the focuses listed above.
