After zero response from two other roofing contractors, I contacted Sublime Roofing about fixing some tiles that had shifted in recent winds. Aaron called soon after, collected some information and promised to drop in the same afternoon. On arrival he had a look, then got straight up and fixed the loose tiles. He also had a look at my roof's overall condition and reassured me that it was suitable for my planned solar panels. All this and no charge! Now, obviously he'll charge for most jobs, mine was quick and simple for a professional (impossible for me), but I was still left very impressed with his attitude, service, and generosity.
