DVDs @ the Library: Watching DVDs at the Library

DVD Rentals

DVDs can be browsed via their empty cases on the first floor of the Miller Information Commons. Bring the empty case to the front desk, and we will check the corresponding disc out to you.

For students, DVDs are 3 hours, in-library use only.  Faculty, staff, and trustees may borrow DVDs for a loan period of 3 days.

DVD loan periods vary by patron type.

Study Rooms with Screens

MIC 201: DVD player & TV Screen with connection cables for laptops
MIC 303: LCD Screen with connection cables for laptops
MIC 304: LCD Screen with connection cables for laptops

These rooms can be reserved by students on our website.

Checkout Equipment to Watch DVDs

  • 2 Portable CD/DVD players (24 Hour Loan)
  • 1 External USB CD/DVD Drive (3 Hour Loan, in-library use only)
  • 1 Portable Blu-Ray/DVD Player (24 Hour Loan)

Headphone Rentals

We also offer headphone rentals (3 Hour Loan, in-library use only), or you are welcome to watch in one of the ground floor, individual study rooms.
