Fantastic support by Zoom call, best I have encountered yet!

It was hard to find a multilanguge / multicurrency plugin. This one is everything we need!

I started out with another similar product from this same developer. Eventually, they simply stopped supporting it with zero notice, which ended up breaking our site.They then promised me that they would replace their old product with this one – Spark Email editor – for the same price. They assured me that the new product would have all the same features, and that they would access my site to handle the implementation for me as a courtesy. But here’s what happened instead:They never helped me with the implementation. Instead, I was forced to spend hours handling every step, while constantly having to come back to them with questions. It was far from an easy replacement.In addition, a number of features that were included in the original version (specifically, support for editing emails triggered by other plugins) is no longer included. They sent me the plug-in files for one-time use, but I have to pay if I want the updates, support, or even get rid of the obnoxious “you need to register” popups on every page, that I now need to purchase multiple, additional extensions. Due to their un-delivered promises of help, and of features that were not included, I feel a 1-star rating is the only appropriate rating.

After using the free version, I upgraded to premium for the extra options. I was amazed to see the instant support they provide. Keep up the great work, guys!

They solve the problems with elegance and clinical mastery. My 5 stars to them. Totally honest, they really helps to each customer.
