In order to successfully launch and manage a website, you need two types of hosting – and although they’re often bundled together, they actually serve different purposes.

Domain Hosting

This is where you register your website name (e.g. yourdomain.com)

Think of it like buying the address for your house

Managed by domain registrars like GoDaddy, Namecheap, etc.

Website Hosting

This is where your actual website files (pages, images, code) are stored and served to visitors

Think of it like the physical house where your website lives

Provided by services like CloudWays, SiteGround, Krystal, FlyWheel, etc.

Buying Hosting Guide

If you already have a domain and a hosting account, then you’re good to go.

Log in to your StyleCloud Account and download the StyleCloud plugin.

In your website admin panel, go to Dashboard → Plugins → Add Plugin → Upload Plugin.

Select the downloaded plugin file and click Install.

Once the installation is complete, activate the plugin.

Follow the steps provided in the Installation Wizard to finish the setup.

In order to get started with StyleCloud, you’ll need a domain name and a hosting provider if you don’t have those already. After that you’ll need to install WordPress and our StyleCloud plugin to begin creating your new website.

While we do not offer hosting ourselves, there are some hosting providers that we recommend. Feel free to check either Cloudways or SiteGround out for the best deals on the market.

There are no additional costs on top of the StyleCloud subscription. Everything you see works with the free Kadence theme & blocks plugin. 

You can however invest into the Pro Kadence version should you want more features.

StyleCloud uses Kadence Blocks, a visual editing system inside WordPress — simply customize the content without writing code.

Absolutely. You can change colors, fonts, spacing, and even add custom CSS for advanced tweaks.

Absolutely. All themes are fully responsive and tested on mobile, tablet, and desktop.

While your website will still work after stopping your subscription, you’ll lose access to new updates, design library, themes & plugins, and technical support.

Very much so. StyleCloud runs on the free Kadence theme & plugin. It’s a block-based system so it simply extends the functionality of the native WordPress block builder.

Unlike page builders, there is no extra layer to slow things down. Hence, Kadence has a reputation for being exceptionally lightweight and speedy. It also works perfectly with any SEO plugin.
