Dates

• Event Date: November 16, 2025
• Hacking: 11:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• Location: Physics & Astronomy Building, PAB 34, Western University
• Judging + Awards: Immediately after submissions close

Eligibility

• Attend the event in person
• Join solo or in a team of 1–3 people
• Follow Western University’s general conduct expectations (don’t break stuff, don’t be weird in a bad way)

Project and Submission Requirements

To qualify, your submission must:

• Be created during the event
• Fit the theme of a stupid, intentionally bad, or useless project
• Be submitted on Devpost before the deadline

Include:

• A short description of the idea
• Screenshots or a demo video
• A link to the code or project files
• Any additional context needed for judges to understand the cursed nature of your creation

Projects can be:

• Software
• Hardware
• UI/UX disasters
• Anything chaotic as long as it’s safe and legal
