Welcome to Stultz Plumbing. These Terms of Service govern your use of our website and any communication you receive from us, including text messages.

1. Services Provided

Stultz Plumbing offers residential and commercial plumbing services, including but not limited to repair, installation, and maintenance. Scheduling requests may be submitted via our website, over the phone, or through online lead forms.

2. SMS Communication

By submitting your contact information through our website or Facebook lead forms, you consent to receive text messages related to your service request, scheduling, appointment reminders, and limited follow-up.

  • You can opt out at any time by replying STOP.

  • You may also reply HELP for assistance.

We do not use text messaging for unsolicited marketing or share your number with any third party.

3. User Responsibility

You agree that all information you provide is accurate and up to date. You agree not to misuse our services or provide false information.

5. Service Limitations

All appointments are subject to availability. Service times are estimated and may vary. Emergency services are provided as scheduling allows.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes will be handled in a local court of jurisdiction.

Plan 2531 Disclosure

Plan 2531. Subject to credit approval. Rates range from 17.99% – 24.99% APR. Loan amount and rate will vary based on your income and creditworthiness. 18 month promotional period (“Promo Period”) during which interest is billed but will be waived if the amount financed is paid in full before Promo Period expires. Monthly payments are not required during the Promo Period. Any unpaid balance and amounts owed after Promo Period will be paid over 84 monthly payments.

For example, assuming the full credit limit is used on loan approval date and no payments are made during Promo Period, for every $1,000 financed at a fixed interest rate of 24.99%, 18 monthly payments of $0 followed by 84 monthly payments of $29.77. This example is an estimate only. Actual payment amounts based on amount and timing of purchases.
