What's your return policy?
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. For undamaged returns, reach out within 48 hours — items must be unused, in re-sellable condition, and a restocking fee applies.
How long does shipping take?
Every piece ships from our California vault via white-glove service — custom packaging, fully-insured transit, and signature confirmation. A shipping fee applies; pay in full and shipping is free.
Can I cancel a pre-order?
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. Your 20% deposit is non-refundable. To cancel, email info@studioforge.com with your Order ID.
