Dusty brings over twenty years of extensive experience in claims management and training. As a Certified Xactimate Trainer and HAAG Certified Residential Roof Inspector, Dusty has specialized in enhancing efficiency across multi-line claims operations. His career highlights include leading responses to major catastrophes nationwide, overseeing large teams of adjusters, and managing operations in call centers, field operations, and TPA services. A decorated Marine, Dusty’s commitment to integrity and excellence forms the bedrock of our client relationships and is central to our company’s success.
