What’s the best piece of advice you’ve ever received?
Well I have a few on different topics, I will share here:
1)Don’t make it as an excuse to miss your workout if you missed your schedule or timings. Do it when you have the time at any time of day. Like if you set it for morning and you woke up late, then do it when you wake up, your body will get benefitted from that too. Mostly we skip workout by this simple excuse.
2. You only set limits of your body and mind. Give it a lot of comfort, relax and laziness, that will make it as fragile as it can be. Put it to toughening regime , put it to test to stretch its limits, that will harden it and push its limits beyond imagination. Onus is on us only either ways.
3. Have faith in your believes and non-beliefs, don’t follow just because everyone is doing it, you can reason everything by yourself and follow whatever your reasonings accept. But be flexible to learn and become more aware and don’t be ashamed to change if your present reasoning make good as compare to past ones.
4. Faith is unconditional as love is. Don’t say or accept it unless it becomes unconditional.
