How do you unwind after a demanding day?
I think a demanding day always make you too tired to think anything else, also you will get deep satisfying sleep. The only thing that can disturb you is, if your efforts have not been fruitful as they were expected to be. Maybe it can lead us to overthinking that what could have done better and if it was possible why you didn’t,, that can make your evening little chaotic. So just think over it and relax if you tried best with the ways that came to mind while attempting things. Gone is gone, take a note of things you could have done better and save them to apply next time, if you can’t stop the urge of thinking.
