Well I had faced enough dire situations to make me nervous now. A few things might trouble me for a while but I have learnt how to manage my emotions and return to calmness slowly.

How do you unwind after a demanding day?
I think a demanding day always make you too tired to think anything else, also you will get deep satisfying sleep. The only thing that can disturb you is, if your efforts have not been fruitful as they were expected to be. Maybe it can lead us to overthinking that what could have done better and if it was possible why you didn’t,, that can make your evening little chaotic. So just think over it and relax if you tried best with the ways that came to mind while attempting things. Gone is gone, take a note of things you could have done better and save them to apply next time, if you can’t stop the urge of thinking.
Everyone deserves to chill after been pushed to limits,,,
How do you use social media?
I used to indulge a lot,, but for past few years it’s like minimalistic,,
I only use wordpress to share my thoughts and interact a little as much this app allows,, Apart from that I don’t use any other social media app.
For entertainment and infotainment i scroll down videos and reels on YouTube,, that’s it,,
Comparison is worthless and only inflicts pain and decrease our motivation to deal with life’s challenges.

I love to cook myself so I prefer to cook at home mostly.
If at all, I have some cravings,or don’t feel like cooking sometimes then i order online mostly, from places i have visited personally or some people’s reviews, as hygiene is important. Very few occasions I go there physically

What’s the most fun way to exercise?
Our body has natural intent to just rest,,, so to make it to get to some workout regime,, we need to push sometimes ourselves and then once we get warmed up ,, using variations can make it interesting and make us to do it with interest
