2) Whom he is leading !
One who knows both these things and can adapt accordingly, will be best leader,,,

Can you share a positive example of where you’ve felt loved?
Loving yourself does not mean everything we want,, but it’s everything we think the best for us and it’s not behested in hurting someone intentionally to get what you want,,
It’s not about getting, but it’s about thinking and regarding it, when you know it’s not taking away anything from anyone for my pleasure. But sometimes people link your way as means of hurting them, which is not actually hurtful or taking away anything from them,, but they connects it as a source of hurt to them just because you are doing or following their way or everyone’s way.
That time it’s okay to go on your way.
