With the new STRATIS Mobile App, Residents, Staff, Visitors, and Vendors can seamlessly use mobile passes for all electronic access points including elevators, parking garages, common areas, amenity areas, and of course, apartment units. Users have the ability to remotely control their smart devices in the unit (including thermostats, lighting, and more!), submit service requests, request access for visitors, and much more! Your property must have these types of devices installed and connected to STRATIS in order to work with the mobile app. Check with your property manager if you have any questions! We make smart apartment living easier. Residents with accounts immediately gain access to any and all devices and access points they have permissions for. When a Resident moves off the property, they immediately lose access to that unit, and the devices revert back to property management control.
