Anyway, it's done and I have to give special thanks to my BEAUTIFUL (long suffering) beta 
munibunny who went above and beyond to race through betaing the monster when she had so many much more important things to be doing! Love you Muni! *muah*
And of course I also have to thank my GORGEOUS a_phoenixdragon, who kept my energy up when it was seriously waning and who suffered through the torture of my writing with boundless enthusiasm as always! Love you sweetness, you know that, right?!
A special thanks goes to mpregloveranon who was there through the conception and development of this fic, many moons ago. ;) There will be a few moments in there she'll remember us hashing out over MSN! Thank you BB! I hope we get to catch up again soon. Damn time zones! Miss you heaps! :(
Anyway, I still have many more challenges to do, but at least now I can tell myself I have finished a bigbang and wrote 29k+ to do it! Just for that alone I am a little chuffed with myself at the moment. It may not be the best 29k+ ever, but it's done, so I'm very happy with that.

Hi lovely flist,
I know it's been a while since I posted fic, but finally I have something finished that I can share.
This little piece (only 1375 words long) was inspired by Adele's - Someone like you on the way home from work one afternoon. Needless to say it's a melancholy little piece, but the muse has been working on schmoop for a month so it was bound to find an outlet somewhere. Anyway, it's an AU from the Stanford era, with implied past Sam/Dean and current Sam/Jess. I would love to hear what you guys think of it.
As lj is still getting slammed by the DDoS attacks at the moment, I've uploaded it to my A03 account. I haven't got much of my stuff up on there yet but figure I may as well start using it. :) You can find it here. Once the DDoS attacks calm down I'll post it on the fic journal and update the link in this post.

YAY, finally getting to post fic again. Ooh and for something different it's a Gen one! Some of you have already seen the unbeta'd version of this over at mad_server's Again but with more colds meme.
You'll find the cleaned up and bashed into shape version over here at my fic journal. It's your normal sick/hurt boys with awesome Bobby fare, but I do love that trope so much I couldn't resist it. If it's your trope too, let me know what you think of it.
I'm still working on all my other projects and miniwrimo is helping a treat in that department with some writing being done every single day. So awesome. :D
