Partnering

What is a partner and what does partnering look like?

A partner is someone who chooses to support me in this ministry in which I am involved. There are several ways someone can be a partner, which are listed below.

Prayer & Encouragement

Prayer and encouragement are always welcome, and I would value those who can partner in this way. I would also include sharing any word or scripture you receive while praying.

Connect, Subscribe, Follow, Share

The simplest way to partner with me is to connect with me on social media, subscribe to and follow my channels, and share them with others. This will keep you updated on the content I share and the articles I write. It will also help others find what I publish. These are where I mainly publish:

Substack. The place where I publish most of my writing and podcasts. You can follow and subscribe for free or opt for a paid subscription.

Facebook. For social connection and shorter posts. Also, link to Substack publishing.

Instagram & X (Twitter). Primarily link to content I publish on Substack.

YouTube. Primarily video versions of the podcasts and occasional other content.

Invitation & Evangelist

If you think I would be of benefit to your in-person or online event, retreat, or service to preach, teach, lead, etc., please get in touch to see what opportunities there are. And if you have benefited from the ministry I offer and you think others would too, please don’t be shy to point them in my direction!

Finance

Doing what God has called me to do requires my time more than anything else, and making my time available and being sufficiently flexible with it. Any level of partnership through giving, large or small, one-off or regular, is gratefully received. Here are ways you can give online:

Stewardship. A great solution for one-off or monthly giving. You can also gift-aid your gift, adding extra value to your generosity. If you prefer to print and post forms, you can download the support form (pdf) and Direct Debit form (pdf).

Substack. When you subscribe, you have the opportunity to select a paid monthly or annual subscription.

Buy me a coffee. This is a fun and informal way of giving.

PayPal Me. A simple way to give directly if you prefer to use PayPal.

BACS. If you prefer, you can give directly to my bank account. This will open your email software with a pre-populated email ready to send. You will then get an autoresponse email with the details in it.

Goods and Services

This is as broad as you like and can be temporary or permanent. The use of facilities or equipment for events and projects, a base to run things from, a place to visit or stay for retreat, prayer or writing, or even a getaway for a short break with my family.

Showing your support financially

Working in ministry is full-time. Half of this is paid, as the Chief Operating Officer for Village Hope. The other half is unpaid as an itinerant minister. I don’t want to introduce paywalls as I want everything available to all, but if you would like to support my work, then you can do so through the options above. Thank you!
