Thanks! Yugaz is saying I can fix it myself in GUTS but I'm still very clumsy in that program. Also, it seems like a quick fix for someone like Phanjam, and since he's one of the mod creators, it would be good if he could fix the problem for everyone else using the mod.

Leveling the skill all the way didn't work. The instruction in the code must also be misspelled for the 3rd tier, as well.

Have you seen the two most recent comments on the TL1CP mod? It's annoying that I can't upgrade that one skill beyond level 4. I'm hoping that when I reach level 100 I can finally upgrade the skill all the way and see if it will work, but that's a long way to go.
