Azi vreau sa iti indulcesc putin ziua asa ca revin cu o noua reteta de NEGRESE

INGREDIENTE:

3 buc oua
120 g faina
300 g ciocolata amaruie
250 g unt
200 g zahar brun
40 g cacao
50 g zahar
15 ml cafea pregatita dintr-o lingurita de cafea instant
1 lingura extract de vanilie
1/2 lingurita sare

MOD DE PREPARARE:

Tapeteaza o tava patrata de 24 de cm cu hartie de copt lasata putin mai inalta decat tava. Astfel vei scoate negresa din tava mult mai usor.
Aseaza o tigaie la foc mediu si pune la topit untul impreuna cu ciocolata. In momentul in care ambele sunt topite in totalitate, stingem focul.
Adaugam zaharul alb si cel brun.
Amestecam bine cu ajutorul unui tel pana cand incorporam tot zaharul.
Adaugam extractul de vanilie, sarea si cafeaua. Dupa care amestecam pentru a le incorpora.
