Yes, Valve has changed (around 5 years ago) the way TF2 reads custom files, and I haven't touched TF2 for years, I have no idea what they did there.

i made all the files in the correct order is their still something missing?

and btw, i did extract the files so im not sure what happenned

im ot sure how its ot working but i put them in the file destination in custom but the only thing that has changed was the outline f the spy in the white line when choosing a disguise
