Hit the marked blue switch, got through the dilapidated door into the shop, got the 6x scope... there's no indication of what to do next. Seems like there should two more switches to hit in order to open up the gate for the main store key, but I have no idea what to do. Tried tagging the light on the taxi and the traffic light....

I've tried everything. Looked under cars, shot at stoplights, scrutinized everything. It's probably off to the side, but I looked all over, couldn't find it. (Shooting at the sign itself)

I shot all 3 lights with the right weapon and nothing has changed at all.

Ive got access to the shop and all of the guns, but where are all of the switches?

I'm fine with not holding the player's hand, but this is a bit much. I also cannot figure out how to open the dilapidated gate. I have half of the shears but there's nowhere else I can look afaik. I've opened every car door and shot everyone in the parking lot and nothing. This is a bit too dense to get into, I think....
