I use the set of warnings set forth by kinkme_merlin, which seems pretty comprehensive.

Mm, the feelings, they are mixed. Also, this is the second episode this season with no women at all. I'm starting to think there's a queen bee somewhere hatching knights out of eggs. That would explain a lot, really.

Author's notes: Written for merlin_muses Prompt Fest, prompt #176 by lippykid (link): "Standing" sung by Anthony Head. Need some fic with Uther being a good father and king, as my poor BtVS-fan heart can't take Anthony Head being the bad guy all the time.

I thought the opening two-parter was good, very promising despite some big plot holes. "The Wicked Day," while very well done and containing three amazing scenes, will never be my favorite for obvious reasons. Sorry to say, but I thought "Aithusa" was a bore - no knights, no women at all (???), and it's not like we're ever going to see Aithusa again. "His Father's Son" likewise pretty boring, not telling us anything we didn't already know, and completely squandering Gwaine (a crime which should be punishable by flogging).

...But this one?
