Libre Space Community Expired certificate on community website

The community website is currently experiencing access issues due to an expired security certificate. As a result, users may receive browser warnings about the site being insecure or be unable to establish a secure connection.

  • The website is now accessible and secure.

  • The certificate renewal process is managed internally by Discourse software automation and the root cause of the failure could not be precisely identified. We performed a container rebuild which triggered a certificate renewal.

  • The websites are currently functioning normally.

  • The issue has been temporarily resolved by restarting the affected process, and normal site functionality has been restored. We are closely watching the situation for now.

  • Our investigation has identified that excessive memory usage by a particular process likely due to a memory leak is causing the degraded performance and intermittent outages.
