Timelines depend on the scope of your project. A kitchen refresh typically takes 5 weeks of construction. A complete bathroom transformation takes around 4–9 weeks. Whole home remodels and additions vary based on complexity, and your project manager will outline a clear schedule from day one.
It depends on how involved your project is. For whole-home renovations, most of our clients are moving into a newly purchased homes that we’re renovating before they move in, so they’re not living on a job site. If you’re staying in your home during a whole-home remodel, we’ll work with you to create a plan that minimizes disruption.
For kitchens and baths, most clients stay in their home throughout the remodel. We seal off the work area, set up a temporary kitchen if needed, change your AC filters weekly to manage dust, and do dustless tile removal to keep things as livable as possible.
Every project is assigned a dedicated project manager who is on-site daily. They oversee every trade, maintain quality control, and do a weekly walkthrough with you so you always know exactly where things stand.
We’re not done when construction wraps. In the final two weeks, we build a finish list together, and then we come back within 30 days of completion to address anything that’s come up. We’ll even fix issues caused by the move-in process. Our standard is: we don’t leave until it’s right.

As your project wraps up, we walk through the home together and build a finish list to make sure every last detail is addressed. Within 30 days of completion, we come back to take care of anything that’s come up since you’ve settled in. We close out with a professional cleaning and power washing of exterior areas, and we stay in contact long after the job is done.
