Webshop software
CCV Shop
Our webshop is developed using software from CCVshop. Personal data you provide to us for our services will be shared with this party. CCVshop has access to your data to provide us with (technical) support, but they will never use your data for any other purpose. CCVshop is obligated to take appropriate security measures based on the agreement we have with them. These security measures include the use of SSL encryption and a strong password policy. CCVshop uses cookies to collect technical information related to your use of the software, but no personal data is collected and/or stored. CCVshop reserves the right to share collected data within its own organization to further improve its services.
Web hosting
CCV
We use CCV for our regular business email communication. This party has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to prevent misuse, loss, and corruption of your and our data. CCV does not have access to our inbox, and we treat all our email communication confidentially.
Payment processors
Mollie
To handle (some of) the payments in our webshop, we use the platform Mollie. Mollie processes your name, address, and location data, as well as your payment details, such as your bank account or credit card number. Mollie has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data. Mollie reserves the right to use your data to further improve their services and, in this context, share (anonymized) data with third parties. All the safeguards mentioned above regarding the protection of your personal data also apply to parts of Mollie’s services where they use third parties. Paypal
To process (some of) the payments in our webshop, we use PayPal. PayPal processes your name, address, location data, and payment details, such as your bank account or credit card number. In the event of a request for deferred payment (credit facility), PayPal shares personal data and information regarding your financial status with credit assessors. Reviews
Kiyoh
We collect reviews via the Kiyoh platform. If you leave a review via Kiyoh, you are required to provide a name and email address. Kiyoh shares this data with us so we can link the review to your order. Kiyoh will also publish your name on its website. In some cases, Kiyoh may contact you for clarification regarding your review. If we invite you to leave a review, we share your name and email address with Kiyoh. They will only use this data to invite you to leave a review. Kiyoh has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data. Kiyoh reserves the right to involve third parties in the delivery of their services, for which we have granted Kiyoh permission. Shipping and logistics
PostNL
If you place an order with us, it is our responsibility to ensure that your package is delivered to you. We use the services of PostNL for the deliveries. It is necessary for us to share your name, address, and location data with PostNL. PostNL will only use this data for the purpose of fulfilling the agreement. If PostNL involves subcontractors, PostNL will also provide your data to these parties.
UPS
If you place an order with us, it is our responsibility to ensure that your package is delivered to you. We use the services of UPS for the deliveries. It is necessary for us to share your name, address, and location data with UPS. UPS will only use this data for the purpose of fulfilling the agreement. If UPS involves subcontractors, UPS will also provide your data to these parties.
Invoicing and accounting
CCVShop
For managing our administration and accounting, we use the services of CCVshop. We share your name, address, location data, and details related to your order with them. This data is used for processing sales invoices. Your personal data is protected during transmission and storage. CCVshop is obligated to confidentiality and will treat your data confidentially. CCVshop will not use your personal data for any other purpose than described above.

However, employees will no longer have access to your client profile and documents created from your assignment.

You always have the right to view the data we process about you. You can submit a request to our privacy officer for this purpose, and you will receive a response within 30 days. If your request is granted, we will send you a copy of all the data we process related to you, along with an overview of the processors holding this data, categorized by the type of data.

You have the right to have the data we process about you corrected. You can submit a request to our privacy officer, and you will receive a response within 30 days. If your request is granted, we will send confirmation to the email address we have on file, indicating that the data has been updated.
Right to restriction of processing

If your request is granted, we will send confirmation to the email address we have on file that your data will no longer be processed until you lift the restriction.
