Startup Quarters memberships are billed on a recurring basis according to the membership plan selected at signup.
Members may request a refund within 30 days of their most recent payment. Refund requests submitted after 30 days from the payment date are not eligible for a refund.
To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, members must cancel their membership at least 7 days before the next scheduled payment. Members may cancel at any time by logging into their account and cancelling their subscription before the next payment is processed.
Once a new billing cycle begins, the payment is considered earned and future refunds are not guaranteed.
