Judging Criteria
-
Tech Implementation
You will be judged on how your tech was implemented. This criterion does not have any bearing on how fancy the tech is but on how seamlessly you have used it. Please include your process in your pitch. x/10 points -
User-Experience
You will be judged on the logic you used to design the project. Rather than aesthetic, you will be given points for how easy it is to use and how intuitive the design is. x/10 points -
Pitch
Does your pitch flow well? Are you explaining the purpose and need for your project in the real world? Did you explain your process of creating this project? Can you ever monetize it? If so, how? x/20 points -
Idea Potential
Did you research if something like this already exists? If it already exists, how is your project better than that? It is okay if the idea is not built fully - tell us what else you would if you had all the resources in the world! x/10 points -
Mentor Interaction
Throughout the weekend mentors will vote on what teams are standing out. So talk to them to ensure you are nominated for the Mentor's Choice award! :)
